We do not offer refunds under our Standard Refund Policy, however:

If for any reason your good(s) are damaged upon receiving them, or they are the not the correct product(s) you ordered, please take a photo and contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange to exchange it with the correct product(s). Please do not dispose of the item(s).

We will cover all transport costs involved in replacing and exchanging incorrect or damaged good(s).

We reserve the right to ask you for proof of the incident, to send us back the product(s) whether it is damaged, or not the correct item/product before we issue a replacement or exchange.
